Caute Capital Fund Management B.V. — Dutch manager of alternative investment funds, The Hague
We are a Dutch manager of alternative investment funds, based at the Lange Voorhout in The Hague.
Our founder, Marc Poorter, has spent more than fifteen years structuring and managing investment funds across the full spectrum of alternatives — hedge funds, funds of funds, real estate, private equity, debt. Liquid and illiquid. That range is deliberate: it is what allows us to look at a mandate and see the structure it needs, rather than the structure we happen to sell.
We hold the regulatory position. Compliance, risk management, NAV determination, reporting to regulators and investors — that responsibility sits with us. The investment strategy stays with the portfolio manager, where it belongs.
Two funds are currently under management: Fortunity Capital Fund and Impact Growth Fund I.
Two ways to work with us
How We Work
01. Speed without shortcuts.
A Dutch fund reaches operational status in two to three months. We regard that as a structural advantage, not a compromise — the regulatory safeguards are the same.
02. A light core, specialised partners.
Our internal team is deliberately compact. Fund administration, international tax, legal and audit sit with specialised firms, each carrying a core discipline. Institutional quality without institutional overhead.

03. Regulatory position.

Let’s talk structure
We welcome fund managers whose thinking resonates with ours. An introduction at our office on the Lange Voorhout in The Hague, or a digital meeting — either works.
You will learn how our structure is built, how governance is arranged, and what it takes to bring your fund under management.
